About Speaker:
Ada Ogbunude is Head of Telecom Investments for the Middle East and Central Asia at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group. With over 20 years of investment experience, she leads IFC’s investment activities across the telecom and digital infrastructure sectors in the region, with a focus on mobilizing private capital to support the development of critical connectivity and digital infrastructure.
Her experience spans telecom networks, data centers, fiber and other digital infrastructure, including originating, structuring and executing complex investments across emerging and frontier markets. She has worked closely with leading industry players, financial institutions and governments to develop commercially viable projects, address barriers to private-sector investment and support the expansion of resilient and sustainable digital infrastructure.
