About Speaker:
Having been based in the Middle East for nearly a decade, Chris advises on disputes arising from digital infrastructure and data-centre projects, as well as the construction, energy and technology sectors which support them. He practises across arbitration, court proceedings, mediation and expert determination.
Chris acts for clients on matters spanning the data-centre lifecycle, from the procurement and construction of major projects, including disputes over delay, defects and variations, to power and energy supply arrangements, financial disputes, and issues of data protection. That breadth allows him to address the technical, commercial and regulatory issues which often arise together on data-centre projects.
Chris is admitted to practise in England and Wales
