About Speaker:
Oliver leads Colliers' data centre advisory activity across the Middle East and Africa. Based in the UAE as part of the EMEA Data Centres Advisory team, he is the principal point of contact for landowners, developers, investors and occupiers seeking advice on site selection, powered land, power strategy and market positioning across the GCC and wider MEA region.
Before relocating to the UAE, Oliver worked extensively across the UK and European data centre sector, focusing on the origination and delivery of powered land in Tier 1 and emerging Tier 2 markets. Prior to joining Colliers, he was part of the Cushman & Wakefield data centre advisory team, where he led and developed instructions in the UK, Italy, Germany, France and Greece.
Oliver has more than a decade of real estate experience, including over ten years in capital markets. Before moving into data centres, he practised in UK retail real estate, advising on investment, leasing and development.
Working alongside Colliers' EMEA colocation specialists, Oliver also supports occupiers on colocation requirements. The team has advised on some of the first high-performance compute and AI leasing transactions at data centres across EMEA, as well as mission-critical renewals, re-gears and relocations for banking clients.r consumer satisfaction.
