About Speaker:
Pieter Schaap is a Managing Director at Accenture, previously Soben part of Accenture. In his role, he is responsible for all workstreams associated with data centre project development, from pre-construction and construction to commissioning and operations.
Working with a select group of influential global DC developers and operators, Pieter has been involved in some of today's most impactful data centre schemes around the globe. Making sustainability affordable is always at the top of Pieter’s priorities and with a direct reporting line to the CEO, Pieter has helped Soben become a market leader in the data centre consultancy space.
Prior to Soben part of Accenture, Pieter was Supply Chain Director at Yondr Group, his first experience in the data centre industry after he worked in the oil & gas sector for over a decade, including various international postings.
