About Speaker:
Priyanka Nagpal is in the Data Centers Advisory Practice business of JLL.
With nearly 12.5 years of real estate research, pricing strategy, consumer analytics and data center experience, Priyanka holds a reputation of an ethical and reliable advisor in the corporate real estate domain across the country.
Prior JLL, Priyanka was in the Pricing, Product Development, Market Intelligence & Research role with reputed companies like Edelweiss, Cushman & Wakefield and Kalpataru. Here, she was involved with start to end research executions, pricing strategy recommendations, implementations of appropriate research methodologies, competition analysis and consumer insights enabling marketing across PAN India project locations.
With strong academics and being a Gold Medalist in her Masters, Priyanka has an experience in transforming consumer data into meaningful and actionable insights along with managing market research professional interns team. She has proven ability to draw on strong analytical insights and problem solving qualities to develop and effectively communicate insightful recommendations. She has been spontaneous, clear decision maker, quick learner, with knack & skill to get work executed, strongly believes in being an ethical advisor and constant upgrading for consumer satisfaction.
