About Speaker:
Stephen is a Regional Partner and Head of Valuation and Advisory for the Middle East and North Africa at Knight Frank. He splits his time between the UAE and KSA offices and sits on Knight Frank’s Global Valuations Board.
He is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years of real estate experience, spending the last 20 years in the Middle East. His work focuses on valuations, consultancy and feasibility studies. He has advised on key regional projects across KSA, the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Syria, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Lebanon and Kuwait.
Stephen has led major real estate transactions, including IPOs, sukuks, and mergers and acquisitions across KSA, the UAE and Egypt. His clients include DP World, PIF, Saudi Binladin, King Abdullah Financial District, Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Company, Oman Investment Authority and ADQ.
He is a member of Taqeem and General Manager of Knight Frank Spain Saudi Arabia Real Estate Valuations Company. Recent projects he has signed off on include:Financing for a financial district in Riyadh Financial reporting for a sovereign land bank, including multiple giga projects Financial reporting valuation for a prime Grade A office tower in Riyadh Valuations for two super regional malls with commercial and mixed-use spaces for a syndicate of regional and international banks.
