Ammar Al Horani is Eaton's Data Center Business Leader & Global Accounts Director for the Middle East, Turkey & Africa. He leads the company's data center strategy and initiatives across these regions while supporting strategic global accounts, ensuring our customers receive reliable, high-quality solutions and services that meet their expectations, enable digital transformation and drive business growth.
Ammar is a trusted advisor and distinguished data centre and technology executive with over twenty years of expertise in shaping and executing data centre strategies throughout the MENA region. His extensive knowledge encompasses consulting, planning, designing, constructing, and managing mission-critical facilities, enabling enterprise, colocation and cloud service providers to build strategies that realise their visions and business objectives.
Beyond his technical expertise, he champions a culture of innovation and sustainability, actively advocating for green building practices and renewable energy sources within organisations.
Previously, Ammar has held various leadership roles in prestigious companies such as Moro Data Hub, Exyte (previously M+W Group), Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Schnabel AG, where he managed the data centre business and led their initiatives in the region.
Ammar holds a B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering and has numerous data centre accreditations including ATD, AoS, IWFM, CDCP, CDCS, and CDCE. He is currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
