About Speaker:
Yash Issur is the CEO of Nxtra Africa, the specialized data center division of Airtel Africa. He is a seasoned data center leader with over 19years of global experience across data center development, operations, investment, divestment, procurement, portfolio, and risk management. His experience includes delivery of complex DC projects in emerging market as well as Global Data Center Procurement, Portfolio, and Risks at Amazon Web Services.
He has played a pioneering role in delivering first-of-their-kind data centers across Latin America and Africa and has built local data center capabilities from the ground up. Yash holds master's degrees in computer security and Forensics as well as in Business Administration, and is a Certified Security Professional, Certified Data Center Management Professional, a member of the Business Continuity Institute, and a Fellow of the British Computer Society.
